Educated in behavioral sciences and business, Kristine honed her skills in building systems and processes in the automotive industry. Following this, she spent 14 years at the helm of a CPA and wealth advisory firm, overseeing its people and operations. In 2014, she launched her first people consulting firm and has since been dedicated to cultivating a powerhouse team of mentors and facilitators to drive organizational well-being. 

 

Her mission is to restore workplaces and relationships by revolutionizing work culture and implementing positive changes in communication. Kristine firmly believes that human connection is the key to moving organizations forward.
