Accompany Suite's Organizational Health & Development (OHD) Methodology was created to help restore and strengthen workplaces and relationships.
After years of leading an organization, I found myself depleted, with little attention to give back to my family at the end of the day. When I looked around, I realized many people in my company, and in our clients' companies, were feeling the same way. I thought to myself, “What if employees left at the end of the day filled with energy? When they got home, they had the energy to pour into and pay attention to their family! What would the world look like if that were possible?” At that moment, through prayer and conviction, I concluded it IS possible and it IS worth figuring out.
The workplace is the one place a majority of us have to go to every single day. It’s the best place to create change for the better - making it a place people want to go to! When we better understand how we are uniquely designed, we know how to build a team of people with complementary skills and gifts.

Our mission is to restore workplaces and relationships. We stand firm that when we put the people in our organizations first, everything else will fall into place. Work was meant to be a joy and honor - something we get to do. It’s a privilege to be part of something greater. Everything we teach is done with intentionality and is transferable from the workplace to home to the community.

Our methodology for organizational health is a multi-faceted approach to identifying root causes, gaining clarity, and unifying everyone to move in the same direction toward a greater collective purpose! We have found that the healthiest organizations have rhythms happening throughout the year. What is taught is repeatable and your team is educated so they can take ownership of the process and keep the momentum going.
